I have always had a fascination for food. It is safe to say that you could not keep me out of the kitchen. I have an early memory of standing on the tabletop counter, trying to get a better view of my mum's cooking. I became super curious and just wanted to know more. I would watch the TV chefs for hours and try to recreate their dishes. I suppose that is where I would later earn the nickname 'Chef Ati'.
My exposure to nutrition, health and wellbeing began in higher education. After 4 years of studying Food and Nutrition, I decided this was the path for me and went on to get my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Health at Coventry University. I carried with me, a passion for scientific research, microbiology and marketing.
